Impale Clip 8-Prong (Glue-Up Aid)

8 pronged impale clips are the standard and most economical mounting for Essi acoustical panels under 3" in thickness. These are only to be used as a glue-up aid. (Adhesive to be supplied by installer)

4 pronged impale clips are the standard and most economical mounting for Essi acoustical panels 3" in thickness or greater. These are only to be used as a glue-up aid. (Adhesive to be supplied by installer)

Z-Clips are the most economical choice for areas/projects when panels are required to be removable.

Z-Clip & Track mounting is ideal for larger projects when panels need to be removable or when there are multiple panels aligned with no reveals between panels. 4-6 Z-Clips are affixed to the back of the panel and additional Z-Track is sent with the order to be mounted to the wall. This mounting method is commonly used to save labor costs/install time when hanging panels.

Each Rotofast Snap-on anchor pack comes with 50 anchors & black ratchets, 6 reusable marking plugs and one installation tool. We can also provide this product in various quantities upon request. 

Galvanized hangers are used for the Essi Model B-206 Ceiling Baffle. This hardware runs from the bottom of the panel all the way through the core of the panel and protrudes through the top of the panel. The top edge of the hanger has a hole punched in the middle of the hanger to allow for suspension. Gripple Hanging Kits pair well with this mounting method.

Each Gripple Hanging Kit comes with 10 Feet of Cable and 1 adjustable angel that can be adjusted to any desired length. Each cable has a 33 lb. safe working load. The Open end of Cable is pushed the the adjustabe angel hardware. The Adjustable angel clips through either a rotofast cloud anchor or Metal flatstock hanger. The opposite end of the cable is looped and secured around substrate at the ceiling level.
